Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time Product Manager will synthesize customer feedback, write precise specifications, and build prototypes while working remotely to influence product strategy and improve AI workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize customer feedback, support patterns, and usage data to identify key problems worth solving
• Write specifications grounded in current product functionality, utilizing AI-assisted codebase exploration
• Own features from discovery through delivery, including triaging feature requests and measuring outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Evidence of using AI tools effectively in work processes
• Demonstrated product sense with a history of shipping impactful features
• Strong written communication skills for a distributed team environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to shape the PM function
