Product Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for tactical product management efforts, the full-time remote Product Manager will serve as a liaison and subject matter expert for various products and services, handle product compliance, analyze market penetration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and review of product enhancement requests, creating business requirements for improvements
• Collaborate with functional areas to develop comprehensive product definitions and objectives that meet end-user needs
• Oversee product documentation, training, and communication of product performance to strategic management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Four years of experience in product management, technical product implementations, or business systems analysis
• Experience in the financial or credit union industry, particularly with core or account processing
