Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and evolution of the ERP platform, the remote Product Manager will reshape the product, collaborate with engineering, and serve as the primary contact for customer needs and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and priorities while assessing opportunities for modernization and AI integration
• Lead customer discovery efforts, translating needs into product requirements and collaborating on design
• Set engineering priorities, guiding projects from planning to launch while ensuring customer value and alignment

Required qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience
• Experience in building or significantly transforming software products
• Proven ability to manage a product from customer discovery through delivery
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or business software platforms is strongly preferred
