Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product roadmap end-to-end, the full-time remote Product Manager will partner with the CTO and cross-functional teams to deliver blockchain-enabled financial products in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and iteration
• Define and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market opportunities
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and ensure solutions address user pain points

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 3-7 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or technology-driven startups
• Demonstrated experience delivering software products using Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics and interpret data for prioritization decisions
• High proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
