Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Manager will shape the technology behind a Creative-as-a-Service platform, enhancing user experiences for clients, creatives, and internal teams through data-driven improvements and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across client-facing, creative-facing, and internal platforms
• Translate business goals and user feedback into clear product priorities and maintain a prioritized product backlog
• Collaborate with leadership to define product requirements and deliver new features while optimizing workflows in Airtable

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups or high-growth companies
• Strong product strategy skills, including roadmap planning and prioritization
• Experience with no-code platforms such as Lovable and Airtable
• Ability to prototype, test, and iterate quickly using no-code and AI-native tools
• Experience managing products that serve multiple user groups is highly preferred
