Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the discovery and delivery of impactful product features, the remote Product Manager II will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, manage the product lifecycle, and enhance the post-purchase experience for merchants and their customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support product strategy by defining the roadmap and prioritizing initiatives aligned with the company's mission
• Own feature outcomes by managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions while addressing technical trade-offs

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in product management with a proven track record in B2B or consumer-facing software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems into executable steps for engineering and design teams
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, including writing SQL and using analytics platforms to track KPIs
• Solid understanding of API integrations, cloud architecture, and modern software development lifecycles
