Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning product delivery across complex Higher Education engagements, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the product backlog, translate business needs into clear requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business outcomes
• Translate stakeholder requests into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate sprint planning and day-to-day execution to keep the delivery team on track

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership
• Experience in the Higher Education space, including familiarity with Colleague ERP, SIS, and LMS platforms
• Strong understanding of agile delivery practices and product ownership responsibilities
• Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
