Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of key digital experiences, the full-time remote Product Manager will define product roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and leverage data insights to enhance customer acquisition and engagement in the financial services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, prioritizing key initiatives and delivering high-impact financial products
• Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market, collaborating with engineering, design, data, compliance, and marketing
• Leverage data and customer insights to identify user pain points and drive feature development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or a related field
• Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products with a strong user experience focus
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and define success metrics
• Excellent technical acumen and familiarity with scalable solutions and regulatory considerations in financial products
