Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Product Manager for a temporary remote position who will lead critical initiatives in an Agile/SAFe environment, focusing on modernizing core solutions and driving workflow transformation to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, own, and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and actionable product requirements
• Lead workflow modernization efforts and drive stakeholder alignment for successful adoption

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile/SAFe environments
• Strong expertise in advanced workflow automation platforms and backlog management
• Experience in leading business process modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Ability to operate in large, complex, and regulated environments, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated balance of strategic product planning with day-to-day execution
