Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and evolution of the ERP platform, the remote Product Manager will reshape the product, collaborate with engineering, and serve as the primary contact for customer needs and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision, priorities, and long-term evolution of the ERP platform
• Lead customer discovery efforts to translate needs into product requirements and design intuitive experiences
• Set engineering priorities and guide projects from planning through launch while ensuring alignment with customer value

Required qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience
• Experience in building or transforming software products rather than just maintaining them
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to translate complex feedback into clear product priorities
• Familiarity with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or other business software platforms is strongly preferred
