Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product development lifecycle for a defined product area, the full-time remote Assistant Director of Product Management will manage product features from discovery through launch, prioritize enhancements based on business value, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and post-launch iteration
• Contribute to product strategy by translating goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Conduct user research and validation while leading agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment and delivery excellence

Required qualifications

• 6-8 years of product management experience with a proven track record of driving products from discovery to launch
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product lifecycle governance
• Strong analytical skills to define and interpret product performance metrics
• Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts and experience implementing AI solutions
