Product Manager

Job Summary

To support innovative product development, the full-time hybrid Product Manager will partner with engineering and design teams throughout the product lifecycle, focusing on integrating AI and machine learning to enhance maintenance operations and prevent equipment failures.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features that address customer needs from discovery to launch
• Gather and prioritize feature requests from various stakeholders while writing clear product requirements
• Identify opportunities for AI and machine learning to improve maintenance team efficiency and reduce downtime

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the B2B/SaaS market
• Experience in Agile development environments and familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA
• Demonstrated involvement across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and understand client needs
• Experience contributing to or shipping AI/ML-powered features is a strong plus
