Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Product Manager for a remote contract position to provide product leadership for enterprise enrollment solutions, focusing on workflow automation, process optimization, and digital transformation within an Agile/SAFe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog in alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications
• Lead workflow modernization efforts, enhancing efficiency and user experience through Appian solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Agile or SAFe environments
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and roadmaps for enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of Appian workflow solutions and business process automation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience in large, complex, highly regulated organizations, preferably in healthcare
