Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning product outcomes in a remote capacity, the full-time Product Manager will lead initiatives from definition through launch, leveraging market insights and data to drive decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives end to end, ensuring accountability for outcomes and aligning teams around the product vision
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and prioritize the roadmap based on data-driven insights
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prioritization, release planning, and post-launch optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of owning initiatives and delivering results
• Experience in building SaaS enterprise software and familiarity with web applications and microservices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and leverage data for product decision-making
• Ability to navigate and lead projects in a matrixed organization, collaborating closely with engineering teams
• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience
