Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of advanced swarming UAV technology, the full-time remote Product Manager will own the product roadmap, author detailed requirements for engineering teams, and drive alignment between product vision and operational needs in a high-stakes environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage the product roadmap for swarm command and control software, defining operational requirements and strategic priorities
• Author comprehensive product requirements that guide engineering and QA teams, ensuring clarity and completeness
• Lead discovery sessions with operators and mission planners to gather insights and translate feedback into actionable roadmap decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for complex, technically deep products
• Proven track record of shipping software in mission-critical or operationally sensitive contexts
• Experience writing precise product requirements for distributed systems or hardware-integrated software
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in high-ambiguity environments
• Experience conducting operator or end-user discovery interviews to inform product direction
