Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and evolution of the ERP platform, the remote Product Manager will reshape the product, collaborate with engineering, and serve as the primary contact for customer needs and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap based on customer needs and business impact
• Lead customer discovery efforts to translate feedback into product requirements and design intuitive experiences
• Guide engineering projects from planning through launch, ensuring alignment with deadlines and customer value

Required qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience
• Experience in building or transforming software products rather than just maintaining them
• Proven ability to manage a product from customer discovery through delivery and launch
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or other business software platforms is strongly preferred
