Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and development of digital products, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage the growth and user experience of NDWA's AI-powered assistant, Ask Aya, and the Membership Center, ensuring high-quality AI performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition and retention for Ask Aya, focusing on the entire user journey from onboarding to long-term engagement
• Oversee the evaluation infrastructure for AI quality, managing testing frameworks and coordinating with subject matter experts
• Manage the product roadmap for the Membership Center, ensuring seamless integration with Ask Aya and addressing technical issues

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-facing or mission-driven products
• Genuine curiosity about AI and familiarity with its technical aspects
• Proficiency in agile/lean product methodologies and experience with sprint planning
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Alignment with NDWA's mission and commitment to economic, racial, and gender justice
