Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive meaningful business outcomes, the full-time remote Product Manager will own product initiatives, conduct customer discovery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the SiteDocs platform and improve customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Own the discovery, definition, execution, and delivery of product initiatives within a defined product area or roadmap
- Drive customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, and sales throughout the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-release iteration
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or a related role
- Experience contributing to the delivery of successful software products, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Working knowledge of Agile product development practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; technical background is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex problems into structured solutions
