Product Manager
Job Summary
To maintain the product roadmap for a proprietary AI product during a 4.5-month leave, the temporary full-time Product Manager will track commitments, unblock the team, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing product questions and feedback in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the existing product roadmap moving by tracking commitments and making prioritization calls
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing product questions and feedback
- Own and triage escalations, assessing severity and coordinating the right people for resolution
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with B2B SaaS experience
- Experience in legal tech, compliance, or fintech is a plus
- Proven ability to quickly step into an existing product/team
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Experience with Aha!, Jira, or similar product management platforms
