Job Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused, the full-time Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of digital product solutions for commercial and small business clients, overseeing the full product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with the bank's objectives and customer needs
- Own end-to-end delivery and performance for assigned Commercial Digital products, supporting shared roadmap planning and cross-team execution
- Conduct market research and customer discovery to inform product direction and prioritize the product backlog
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital product development and lifecycle management
- Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
