Product Manager
Job Summary
To drive strategic product initiatives, the full-time Product Manager will define product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with technical teams, and develop tools to enhance the USX freight network while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner on the creation of the roadmap and metrics to maintain balance in the freight network
- Define product strategy and work closely with the Development team on roadmaps and feature goals
- Collect product requirements from various stakeholders and document functional requirements for system features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Psychology, or a related tech-heavy field
- 3+ years of proven success in Product Management, preferably in IT software product management or IT consulting
- Ability to lead analytics to guide business decisions
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming language preferred
- Strong analytical skills and technical business writing abilities
