Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time remote Product Manager will synthesize customer feedback and usage data, write precise specifications, and manage feature development from discovery to delivery while leveraging AI tools for efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Synthesize customer feedback and usage data to identify key problems worth solving
• Write clear specifications and build quick prototypes to facilitate communication with engineering and design teams
• Own the feature development process, from discovery through delivery, including prioritizing inbound feature requests

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Evidence of effective use of AI tools in a professional setting
• Demonstrated ability to ship impactful features that drive metrics
• Strong written communication skills suitable for a distributed team environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to shape the product management function
