Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the Business Operations product line, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage roadmap execution, collaborate on cross-product integration, and partner with a distributed engineering team to deliver impactful B2B SaaS solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the product line roadmap, including discovery, story writing, sprint planning, and validation
- Collaborate with PMs on adjacent product lines to enhance integration within the Routeware platform
- Work with a distributed engineering team to ensure clear specifications and effective async communication
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in a SaaS environment
- Proven background in shipping B2B products with a focus on user engagement and retention
- Strong agile fluency, including backlog management and sprint planning
- Experience working with distributed or offshore engineering teams, emphasizing written clarity
- Familiarity with AI-powered product capabilities and metrics-driven prioritization
