Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the vision and evolution of the ERP platform, the remote Product Manager will reshape the product, define its functionality, and collaborate with the engineering team while serving as the primary product contact for customers to ensure their needs are reflected in the product direction.
Key responsibilities
- Own the future direction of the ERP platform, including product vision and roadmap grounded in customer needs
- Lead customer discovery efforts to gather feedback and translate needs into clear product requirements
- Set priorities and provide direction to the engineering team, guiding projects from discovery through launch
Required qualifications
- Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience
- Experience in building, rebuilding, or transforming a software product
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to translate complex feedback into clear priorities and requirements
- Experience with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or other business software platforms is strongly preferred
