Job Summary

To shape the future of Application Lifecycle Management, the full-time remote Product Manager II will manage customer needs and market opportunities, guiding product strategy and ensuring strong product-market fit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in the Application Lifecycle Management market and maintain relationships with customers to inform product decisions
• Translate customer insights into product strategy and prioritize investments based on customer impact and market potential
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and other teams to deliver solutions that create measurable customer outcomes and business value

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, or Customer Success
• Experience working with enterprise software customers to gather feedback and support product adoption
• Ability to influence product direction using customer, business, and market inputs
• Demonstrated passion for understanding customer needs and translating insights into product direction
• Familiarity with endpoint management, application management, or enterprise IT operations
