Job Summary
Owning the vision and evolution of the ERP platform, the remote Product Manager will reshape the product, collaborate with engineering, and serve as the primary contact for customer needs and feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, priorities, and long-term evolution of the ERP platform
- Lead customer discovery efforts to translate needs into product requirements
- Guide engineering projects from planning through launch, ensuring alignment with customer value and deadlines
Required qualifications
- Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience
- Experience in building or transforming software products, not just maintaining existing ones
- Proven ability to manage a product from customer discovery to delivery
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or business software platforms is strongly preferred
