Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the "Elite" product line, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage strategy, roadmap, and customer relationships while developing a next-gen customer portal and enhancing product-led growth initiatives across a global market.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the product line strategy, roadmap, and customer relationships for the Elite product
- Shape the next-gen customer-facing booking, ordering, and payments portal from end-to-end
- Set priorities across the full stack of customer workflows, including sales, event planning, and analytics
Required qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or a closely related field
- Proven ownership of a product line or substantial product surface at a GM altitude
- Ability to tie work to specific outcomes and contributions
- Demonstrated autonomy in identifying market opportunities and customer needs
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
