Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vision and evolution of the ERP platform, the remote Product Manager will reshape the product, collaborate with engineering, and serve as the primary contact for customer needs and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision and maintain a roadmap based on customer needs and business impact
• Conduct customer discovery to translate needs into product requirements and design intuitive experiences
• Guide engineering direction, ensuring project delivery aligns with deadlines and customer value

Required qualifications

• Approximately 5-7 years of product management experience
• Experience in building or transforming software products from customer discovery through delivery
• Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to prioritize complex feedback into clear product requirements
• Familiarity with ERP, commerce, SaaS, or business software platforms is strongly preferred
