Job Summary

Driving product strategy and execution, the full-time Product Manager will manage the roadmap for the Inbound Calls product, focusing on enhancing capabilities for both homeowners and contractors while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the product roadmap, translating company objectives into actionable, KPI-driven priorities
• Lead product initiatives across the full product journey from homeowner discovery through contractor connection
• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and controlled experiments to validate product hypotheses

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of managing multiple products or features simultaneously
• Expertise in roadmap-building and turning ambiguous problems into clear priorities
• Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and data-driven experiments
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics platforms
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for product development and automation workflows
