Job Summary

To accelerate the roadmap for the Appointments product, the full-time Product Manager will manage product strategy, execution, and analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the booking experience for homeowners and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the product roadmap, translating company objectives into actionable priorities
• Lead new product and feature rollouts from discovery through implementation and scale
• Design and execute A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and inform data-driven decisions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with a track record of managing multiple products or features
• Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and data-driven experiments
• Strong analytical skills and experience with product analytics platforms
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for building features and automating workflows
• Experience in agile environments with a focus on balancing speed and product quality
