Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the product strategy for Kojo's Field app, the full-time Product Manager will manage the end-to-end roadmap, simplify workflows, and enhance user adoption for a mobile and web platform serving contractors in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Field app roadmap, from research and prototyping to shipping and iterating across mobile and web platforms
- Simplify core field workflows to enhance user experience and market position
- Identify and address adoption barriers and time-saving opportunities for field users requesting materials
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in UX ownership, particularly in redesigning workflows for resistant users
- Demonstrated fluency in mobile product development, including shipping iOS and Android applications
- Ability to independently frame and break down complex problems into actionable plans
- Experience designing multi-persona product experiences without fragmenting workflows
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and influence in delivering product features
