Job Summary

Experienced in digital product management, the full-time remote Product Manager II will manage software improvements for the Hospital Quality Reporting program, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experience and reduce provider burden.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and enhancement of digital products in a cross-functional agile environment
• Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to gather requirements and drive product features
• Utilize user-centered design practices to translate user needs into actionable product enhancements

Required qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital product setting
• Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and principles
• Proven ability to define, write, and test requirements and acceptance criteria
• Exceptional relationship-building skills in complex stakeholder environments
• Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role or federal contracting environment
