Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the VA team, the remote Product Manager will own the product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver backend capabilities for a critical Veteran health portal.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product backlog by writing user stories and acceptance criteria while ensuring priorities are actionable
- Partner with engineering, design, and VA stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverable product work
- Track delivery progress, identify blockers, and manage dependencies to maintain team momentum
Required qualifications
- Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on federal health IT programs
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Health or similar EHR platforms strongly preferred
- Strong backlog management skills, including user story writing and MVP definition
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through sprint cycles
- Bachelor's Degree
