Product Manager
Job Summary
To support the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Product Manager will define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units and technical stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements
- Plan and oversee the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, establishing clear definitions for user stories and features
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management or IT project management, preferably with API platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects in an Agile environment
- Experience managing and leading teams in large-scale enterprise environments
