Product Manager
Job Summary
Driving product strategy and initiatives for DeFi and trading products, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, leverage market insights, and deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own product strategy and initiatives, working closely with engineering, design, and research teams
- Utilize deep knowledge of DeFi and crypto markets to validate product ideas and translate user needs into impactful products
- Define product specifications, success metrics, and prioritize initiatives while aligning stakeholders around product goals
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in DeFi, crypto, Web3, fintech, or financial products
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, crypto markets, and on-chain trading mechanics
- Proven track record of owning and shipping products from strategy to launch
- Strong analytical skills to drive product decisions using data and user insights
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
