Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Product Manager will identify opportunities for product expansion, manage product lifecycle processes, and synthesize data from various sources to drive product strategy and development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage product lifecycle processes, including market research and roadmap development
• Translate business cases and market requirements into product strategy and communicate detailed requirements for design and development
• Coordinate change and release management activities while commercializing product offerings through cross-functional team collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a product manager for a SaaS product in an agile development process preferred
• Demonstrated success in leading product-led growth, sales, or support initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
• Experience partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Support on integrated go-to-market and retention strategies
