Product Manager
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Product Manager will own the Console experience, enhancing customer interactions with the platform while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to drive product improvements and usability.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Console experience, including information architecture, onboarding, and customer interactions
- Define the functionality of an AI assistant to assist customers in configuring and operating the platform
- Run usability sessions and customer conversations to translate feedback into actionable insights for engineering and design
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience with self-serve products, admin tools, and complex product surfaces
- Strong product judgment and ability to analyze complicated interfaces
- Technical curiosity regarding APIs, integrations, and data models
- Comfortable conducting usability sessions and engaging directly with customers
