Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning well-defined feature work in a remote capacity, the full-time Product Manager will manage the development and launch of product features by collaborating with engineering, design, and client-facing teams while utilizing customer feedback and analytics to refine priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Own defined features or workflows from discovery through launch and post-launch follow-up
- Write clear problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes
- Monitor adoption, quality, and operational outcomes after launch, driving follow-up improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, design, analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles such as business analysis or client services
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and product development workflows
- Ability to use customer feedback, metrics, and operational inputs to make informed trade-offs
- Experience with product and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
