Job Summary
To support the expansion of service navigation solutions, the full-time Product Manager will oversee product development from concept to execution, focusing on partnerships with institutions, launching an AI-powered intake experience, and maintaining existing products in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and community partners to develop and launch new features
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive improvements and enhance economic mobility for families
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience with product teams
- Proven ability to own a product component from concept to production
