Job Summary
Leading customer engagement for next-gen software-product solutions, the full-time salaried Product Manager will manage program timelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure customer value through effective communication and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of products and systems to effectively communicate with customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and conduct market analysis to identify trends
- Facilitate discussions among stakeholders and track deliverables to meet contractual requirements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in product or project management
- Bachelor's degree and/or project management certification preferred
- Experience in Collision Repair, MSO industry, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with TFS/ADO Boards is advantageous
- Experience with Agile software development methodology is a plus
