Job Summary
To support a growing Scheduling team, the full-time Product Manager will define and evolve the product vision and roadmap, engage with customers to gather insights, and lead product delivery initiatives while working in a hybrid environment based in Edinburgh.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for the Scheduling team
- Lead customer discovery activities to build strong relationships and understand operational challenges
- Work with Engineering and Design to transform customer problems into well-defined product initiatives
Required qualifications
- Experience leading product discovery and delivery within a B2B or enterprise software environment
- Ability to balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Experience running workshops, interviews, and research sessions to gather customer insights
- Technical fluency to engage in discussions about software architecture and integrations
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
