Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the LSAC Advising Portal, the full-time Product Manager will engage with prelaw advisors to gather insights, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with the software development team to enhance tools that support prospective law students and their advisors in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manages the Advising Portal product backlog by creating, prioritizing, and maintaining features aligned with product strategy
- Builds relationships with prelaw advisors to gather feedback and translate their needs into actionable product requirements
- Coordinates user acceptance testing and monitors product usage to inform future product decisions and improvements
Required qualifications
- Law degree
- Three or more years of professional experience in prelaw advising, law school admission, or a related role
- Experience in gathering and acting on feedback from a professional community
- Curiosity about software product design and development
- Commitment to completing LSAC-provided product training within three months
