Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the Shared Services vertical, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage compliance-critical workstreams, develop roadmaps, and coordinate with engineering and compliance teams to ensure reliable delivery of foundational capabilities across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Shared Services roadmap, ensuring alignment with company priorities and compliance checkpoints
• Collaborate with engineering and compliance teams to define requirements and drive delivery across multiple regulated workstreams
• Establish a predictable operating rhythm for planning, triage, and stakeholder updates to maintain progress and manage risks

Required qualifications

• Experience in product management within fintech, compliance, or risk sectors
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance processes
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear, actionable tasks
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments is preferred
