Product Manager
Job Summary
Customer-obsessed and analytical, the full-time remote Product Manager II will own product strategy and backlog, rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful features that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the strategy and backlog for product features, prioritizing based on customer problems and business outcomes
- Rapidly prototype and validate product concepts using AI-assisted development tools, partnering with engineering to deliver production-ready features
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, align stakeholders on priorities, and communicate feature plans and progress
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of scoping and shipping features that drive user and business outcomes
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development or prototyping tools
- Strong technical fluency to effectively communicate with engineering teams
- Experience in HR technology is a plus
