Product Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing focus on Social Intelligence, the full-time remote Product Manager will develop expertise in customer needs, prioritize the product roadmap, and collaborate with development teams to translate security challenges into effective software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in customer personas and continuously gather insights through interviews and feedback sessions
- Own the Social Intelligence product roadmap, making informed decisions on feature prioritization and trade-offs
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to translate customer problems into actionable specifications and deliverables
Required qualifications
- Operational experience in corporate security, intelligence, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with social and open-source threat intelligence products
- Product management experience or ownership of a product-adjacent function
- Strong analytical judgment and comfort with making decisions based on incomplete information
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and product analytics software
