Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the strategy and optimization of zero waste products, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage product lifecycle activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for customer needs to enhance market leadership and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and advance a clear product vision and strategy while managing comprehensive product plans and roadmaps
• Actively manage assigned products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the market
• Develop market intelligence by analyzing trends and customer needs to inform product positioning and strategy

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant product management experience
• Familiarity with sustainable resource management and zero waste concepts, including knowledge of the TRUE rating system
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated skills with Microsoft tools and project/product management systems (e.g., JIRA, Notion)
• LEED GA or AP accreditation or TRUE Advisor preferred
