Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning clinical efficiency as a core objective, the full-time remote Product Manager will develop strategies and roadmaps to enhance clinician workflows and improve pediatric virtual care delivery while leveraging AI to optimize processes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and measure clinical efficiency metrics, ensuring accountability for improvement while maintaining quality
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and prioritize initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of product management experience with a focus on measurable outcomes
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and cost/impact modeling
• Experience observing and understanding clinician workflows to inform product decisions
• Clear communication skills for building trust and alignment across diverse teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
