Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading features and initiatives within the BOXED.GG experience, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate with the Head of Product to shape direction across onboarding, games, retention, and live operations while acting as the voice of the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of product features, defining success metrics and outcomes
• Translate customer insights into product decisions by engaging with the community and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate with Engineering and Design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product value to customers

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of product management experience in a consumer product environment
• Proven track record of driving measurable impact on metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement
• Strong product judgment with a bias for shipping and experience working on small, focused teams
• High empathy for customers, with an understanding of consumer psychology and engagement loops
• Experience with modern product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
