Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the execution of product strategy, the full-time remote Product Manager II will translate roadmap priorities into actionable backlogs and user stories while collaborating with engineering, design, and QA teams to manage agile ceremonies and keep stakeholders informed.

Key responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into well-defined backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage day-to-day prioritization and agile ceremonies
• Build understanding of the federal contracting landscape and escalate decisions as necessary

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Product Management role or closely related role with agile product delivery exposure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and product delivery practices
• Ability to manage day-to-day priorities with light guidance from senior product staff
• Willingness to learn about federal contracting, policy, compliance, and procurement impacts on product decisions
