Job Summary
To support a growing Social & Rewards Product Team, the full-time Product Manager will strategize and execute product initiatives focused on marketing tools, manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the option to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to innovate marketing tools and set strategies for Martech and referral programs
- Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while defining technical requirements and execution strategies
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and marketing teams to enhance user experience and drive acquisition efforts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related fields
- Proven track record of building successful products
- Experience with marketing software such as AppsFlyer and CRM tools like Braze
- Familiarity with web and mobile app development processes
- Strong strategic thinking and product discovery skills
